Over het werk
In this versatile role, you support HR activities for the Netherlands and several other countries, working closely with colleagues and external partners worldwide.
You are responsible for meticulously maintaining personnel files and international HR databases, and preparing HR documentation such as employment contracts, contract amendments, letters, and reports for multiple countries. You always safeguard the confidentiality and security of personnel data and process changes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and promotions to international transfers and offboarding.
In addition, you are responsible for payroll administration for the Netherlands and other countries. You calculate and process salaries, wages, bonuses, and other reimbursements in cooperation with local payroll providers, ensuring timely and accurate submission and verification of all payroll data, always working under strict deadlines.
You also manage various benefits, such as company cars and related contracts, insurances, and travel arrangements, and contribute to the international management of secondary benefits. Furthermore, you support the coordination of work visas, residence and work permits, and other documentation related to international mobility.
You contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures in different countries, ensure compliance with local labor laws and country-specific regulations, and play an active role in HR audits, compliance checks, and the continuous improvement of global HR processes.

Wat wij vragen
- At least mbo working and thinking level
- At least one year of experience in HR administration
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience with payroll software and personnel administration
- Accurate, independent, and stress-resistant
