Role summary
Experienced OT/IoT security specialist to design, implement and maintain secure OT/IoT infrastructure and networks (wired and wireless). Protect against cyber threats while ensuring performance and stability across building and industrial systems.
Key responsibilities
Design, configure and maintain OT/IoT networks and infrastructure.
Implement OT cybersecurity architecture: segmentation, access control, secure communications.
Secure building systems and devices (BMS, PLCs, sensors, VMS/VSS, PACS, IDS, access controls).
Perform risk and vulnerability assessments; support incident response and remediation.
Produce documentation: architecture diagrams, runbooks, baselines.
Work with IT/OT teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver secure solutions and knowledge transfer.
Must-have skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Telecoms, Electronics, Automation or equivalent.
8–10 years’ relevant experience (at least 3 years focused on OT/IoT cybersecurity).
Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity architecture and multi-platform OT systems.
Hands‑on experience with wired and wireless OT networks and device security.
Familiarity with building/industrial systems (BMS, PLCs, PACS, VMS, IDS, etc.).
English C1; Dutch is a plus.
Preferred skills
OT protocols (Modbus, BACnet, OPC‑UA, MQTT), SCADA/ICS experience.
Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST SP 800‑82, SIEM/IDS for OT.
Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) and device provisioning experience.
Relevant certifications (GICSP, GCIP, CISSP, IEC 62443 practitioner) beneficial.
