Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Tester to join an Agile Scrum team responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions within a Microsoft-based environment. The team works on solutions primarily developed in C#/.NET and recently transitioned its software infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, moving toward a DevOps-oriented way of working.

As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for test preparation, execution, reporting, and automation, ensuring high standards of software quality. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders in a multidisciplinary Agile team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and report on manual and automated tests.

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks and processes.

• Work within a Scrum team following Agile methodologies.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and software quality.

• Perform API testing and integration testing.

• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate testing tools.

• Support the team in delivering end-to-end solutions for business and customers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing

• Strong experience in manual testing and test automation

• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

• Solid understanding of Software Testing Principles

• Experience with:

  • Selenium

  • Postman

  • SoapUI

  • Test automation tools

• Experience with Microsoft Azure

• Basic knowledge of C# / .NET

• Experience testing Windows applications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• ISTQB Foundation Certification

• TMAP certification

• Experience with Playwright

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification

• Experience in the financial services sector (Asset Based Finance)
