Role Title: IFS Functional Consultant
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Experience: 6–8 Years
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of IFS Cloud and PSO solutions. The role involves working closely with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure systems, support testing, and deliver training for field service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into IFS PSO functional solutions
Conduct workshops and configure IFS FSM, PSO, and related modules such as Projects, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality
Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions (Dutch)
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
Work with technical teams to integrate IFS Cloud with third-party systems
Maintain functional documentation including BRD, SDD, and user manuals
Manage and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as an IFS Functional Consultant
Experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of IFS Cloud and PSO
Strong knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) processes
Experience in industries such as utilities (electric, gas, water) or similar field-service driven sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Strong English communication skills (Dutch preferred for training delivery)
