We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Logistics modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing ERP solutions, while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise in Infor M3 ERP, specifically across Manufacturing and Logistics modules
Work on modules including:
Manufacturing (MRP, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Quality, Maintenance)
Inventory Manufacturing and Warehousing
Logistics (Inbound/Outbound, Inventory Control, Transportation & Shipping, O2C, P2P)
Assess and analyze the current system landscape and business processes
Perform functional testing across DEV, TST, and PRD environments
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
Collaborate with technical and development teams for:
New requirements
Reports
Customizations
Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and project teams
Provide regular updates to Project Managers and Delivery Managers
Participate in effort estimation, task planning, and status reporting
Drive meetings and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Required Skills
Must-Have
Strong functional expertise in Infor M3 ERP (Manufacturing & Logistics modules)
Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Manufacturing implementations using Infor M3
Solid understanding of:
MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers
Warehousing and Inventory Management
Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Experience in functional testing and UAT coordination
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English)
Good-to-Have
Knowledge of Infor M3 Cloud environment
Experience with data migration from on-premises to cloud
Basic project management skills:
Effort estimation
Task scheduling
Status reporting
