We are seeking an experienced ERP M3 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Logistics modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting system implementations, and ensuring smooth coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional expertise in ERP M3 Manufacturing and Logistics modules, including:
Manufacturing, Maintenance, MRP, Inventory Manufacturing
Quality Management, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing
Warehousing, Inventory Control, Inbound/Outbound processes
Transportation & Shipping, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Assess and understand the current system landscape and business processes
Perform functional testing across DEV, TST, and PRD environments
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
Collaborate with technical and development teams for:
New requirements
Enhancements
Report customizations
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
Provide regular updates to Project and Delivery Managers on progress
Support issue resolution and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong functional expertise in Infor M3 ERP (Manufacturing & Logistics modules)
Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Manufacturing implementations using ERP M3
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
Good-to-Have Skills:
Understanding of ERP M3 Cloud environment
Experience with data migration from on-premise to cloud
Basic project management knowledge:
Effort estimation
Task scheduling
Status reporting
Meeting coordination
Competencies:
Functional expertise in ERP systems (Infor M3)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Effective communication and collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
