We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) to help bridge the gap between business, legislation, and technology. In this role, you will contribute to improving processes, policies, and supporting systems within a compliance-driven environment.

This position requires on-site presence 2–3 days per week in Arnhem, so travel time should be taken into consideration.

Role Purpose

You will support the Management Team by translating business needs and regulatory requirements into practical, implementable solutions. Acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams (e.g., IT and BI), you will help drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and stakeholder expectations

• Identify and propose process improvements within CDD/KYC operations

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of improvement initiatives with stakeholders

• Act as a sparring partner to the Management Team on strategic and operational topics

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas requiring management decisions

• Contribute to policy, procedure, and workflow optimization

• Support digitalization and data-driven initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO level or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (CDD Analyst experience alone is not sufficient)

• Experience with CDD/KYC processes

• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., WWFT, WFT, Sanctions regulations)

• Experience with automation projects and data/BI processes is a plus

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent stakeholder management, advisory, and communication skills

• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels

• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure and deadlines

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required)

• Freelancing is not permitted for this role

• Candidates must be available for the full assignment period
