Je gaat aan de slag in een internationale opdracht waarin je end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor global mobility binnen een aangewezen business area. In deze rol combineer je strategie, operatie en stakeholdermanagement en zorg je voor een soepele en compliant employee experience. Je bent een trusted advisor voor senior stakeholders en vertaalt complexe mobiliteitsvraagstukken naar werkbare oplossingen. Daarbij werk je in een dynamische omgeving waarin je direct impact hebt op beleid, processen en talentmobiliteit. Met jouw expertise help je de organisatie om mobiliteit effectief te verbinden aan bedrijfsdoelen en workforce strategie.

Wat ga je doen

• Je treedt op als vaste mobility advisor voor senior stakeholders, People teams en leadership
• Je vertaalt business strategy into effective mobility solutions
• Je ondersteunt bids and workforce planning with cost projections and mobility insights
• Je embedt global mobility into talent and workforce strategies
• Je zorgt ervoor dat employee experience remains central in all decisions
• Je beheert complexe internationale assignments van initiation tot repatriation
• Je adviseert over packages, costings, assignment letters en payroll implications
• Je coördineert vendors and MSP for immigration, tax, and relocation services
• Je levert high-touch support aan employees and managers throughout the assignment lifecycle
• Je waarborgt full compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations
• Je vertaalt technische vendor advice naar duidelijke business guidance
• Je werkt samen met Tax, Legal en andere stakeholders om risico’s te beperken
• Je bent custodian of global mobility policies binnen jouw business area
• Je zorgt voor consistent and fair application of policies
• Je identificeert trends and improvement areas based on data and cases
• Je ondersteunt policy evolution and change initiatives
• Je verbetert mobility processes, tools, and employee journeys
• Je monitort vendor performance and drive service quality
• Je verzorgt training and create clear guidance materials for the business
• Je gebruikt data and insights to improve decision-making and program effectiveness

Eisen

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); additional qualifications are a plus
• 5+ years of Global Mobility experience in a complex, international environment
• Proven experience as a business partner to senior stakeholders
• Strong expertise in global mobility compliance (tax, immigration, social security)
• Ability to translate complex topics into practical business solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience using mobility data for decision-making
• Proactive, adaptable, and highly collaborative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• Benodigde opleiding: HBO
• Ervaring in jaren: 5
