For our client, we are looking for enthusiastic Order Pickers / Logistics Employees. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that millions of flowers and plants are delivered to the right customers on time every day.
As an Order Picker, you play a key role in the logistics process. You make sure that flowers and plants are processed quickly, accurately, and delivered to the correct destination.
Your responsibilities include:
- Picking and processing flower and plant orders.
- Transporting flower and plant trolleys throughout the auction warehouse.
- Sorting and distributing products to the correct locations.
- Checking orders for quality and quantity.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working together with your colleagues to achieve the daily logistics targets.
You will use modern logistics equipment, such as an electric tug or order picking vehicle. Experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
Working hours: Your shift starts at 06:00 AM and usually finishes at 12:00 PM, with occasional overtime until 1:00 PM.

- You are available at least 3 days per week.
- Monday and Friday availability is mandatory.
- You can start work at 06:00 AM in Aalsmeer.
- You are physically fit and enjoy active work.
- You work accurately and take responsibility for your tasks.
- You speak Dutch or English.
