Over het werk
As a production worker, you are an essential part of the production process. Every day, you help ensure that our snacks are produced efficiently, safely, and according to the highest quality standards. You carefully follow recipes and production guidelines, make sure raw materials and packaging are available when needed, and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized workplace. Throughout the production process, you monitor product quality by checking appearance, weight, and quantity, while also keeping production records accurate and up to date.
No two days are the same. You might start your shift by preparing ingredients, setting up equipment, or supporting production line activities. Together with a dedicated team of colleagues, you work towards a common goal: delivering high-quality products that consumers can enjoy every day. Your attention to detail and commitment help keep the entire production process running smoothly.
In return, you can count on a gross monthly salary between €3.104,29 and €3.422,38 . In addition, attractive shift allowances for early and late shifts can increase your hourly earnings up to €22,51. - You have a good command of the Dutch or English language, spoken and written
