About the Role

A leading Retailer is seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to support a global SAP SuccessFactors implementation with integrations into local HR systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, payroll accuracy, and business readiness across the full HR landscape.

This role requires strong coordination skills, deep HR process knowledge, and hands-on experience validating complex SuccessFactors integrations, SAP localisations, and Belgium-specific payroll and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive test activity plan, including domains in scope, timelines, stakeholder roles, and centralized test scenario documentation for Go/No-Go decisions.

• Coordinate and execute End-to-End Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors and related HR integrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document an exhaustive list of test scenarios across all HR domains.

• Validate end-to-end HR processes:

  • Core HR

  • Position Management

  • Recruitment

  • Learning

  • Performance Management

  • Time Management

  • Payroll integrations

  • Reporting & Analytics

• Ensure SAP localisations and Belgium-specific HR, payroll, tax, and compliance requirements are fully covered during testing.

• Perform data validation: employee master data checks, interface reconciliation, reporting consistency, and migration verification.

• Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR local systems, payroll, time management, and downstream applications.

• Coordinate testing activities with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors.

• Monitor testing progress, prepare proactive status reports, identify risks/dependencies, and escalate issues when required.

• Support integration testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness activities.

• Provide clear, structured communication to project management and key stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of integrated HR landscapes

• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Essential Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience as a Test Coordinator in SAP SuccessFactors implementations

• Proven experience in integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors environments

• Strong knowledge of HR processes across Core HR & Soft HR domains

• Hands-on experience with:

  • End-to-end business process testing

  • Data validation & reconciliation

  • Payroll & time management integrations

  • Reporting & analytics validation

• Experience working with Jira

• Ability to manage cross-functional testing teams and external vendors

• Strong documentation, planning, and risk management capabilities

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Belgium HR/payroll compliance

• Experience with SAP HR local systems

• Experience in large-scale retail HR environments

Amsterdam, Netherlands (TNDL – Amsterdam) Onsite/Hybrid depending on project needs.
