About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in AI, automation, and AI-driven products, and will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of intelligent solutions within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and automation solutions aligned with business needs.
- Build and integrate AI agents and AI-powered services into enterprise systems.
- Work with AI & Generative AI tools and platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile ways of working.
- Optimize AI models, pipelines, and workflows for performance and reliability.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Document technical designs and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- AI & Automation
- AI Agents
- AI & Generative AI products and tools
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.
